HP Introduces its New UPS Portfolio

HP has recently unveiled its three new Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) products designed for the growing businesses. The HP UPS lineup includes the T1000v, T1500 and R3000v focused specifically on ease of use, manageability, and reliability.

The new product line which is designed to offer reliable power protection for businesses at affordable cost points also helps the company provide a complete, comprehensive portfolio for datacenter solutions and management. Along with its data center solutions focused on power and cooling optimization, the new products further build upon the company’s portfolio in the NCPI (Network-Critical Physical Infrastructure) domain.

"The new power-protection UPS products have a strong role to play in helping businesses better handle the challenges of power management," said Rajesh Dhar, Country Manager, Industry Standard Servers, HP India. "Our endeavor has always been to provide products and services that help both enterprise and growing customers with reliable servers for improved uptime. The introduction of these products furthers our commitment to deliver power management solutions for better business outcomes.”
The appliances include two standard communication options with a USB port and serial support connectivity and a network transient protector to isolate a modem or fax machine or other electronic equipment from “back door” power surges. The three products also feature Power Manager, the company’s web-based application that will enable administrators to manage the UPS from a browser-based management console.
